How reader accounts, contact requests and support messages are handled.

Anonymous reader accounts

The Jane Doe form requests no name. Private email mode requires an email and explicit follow-up consent; no-email mode requests no email or account identifier. Contact details remain encrypted and are never part of a public draft. The application does not attach your signed-in identity or IP address to a submitted account. Hosting infrastructure may still process connection and access information, including sign-in for this privately hosted site. We cannot promise untraceability or protection against a monitored device.

Private storage and editorial access

Submitted accounts, contact information and support messages are encrypted in storage. Decryption and review are restricted to authorized editors. Encryption does not prevent an authorized reviewer from seeing the submitted text. We do not publish raw submissions automatically, and no evidence files are accepted through these forms.

Publication is a separate choice

Private review consent does not permit public sharing. An edited, de-identified story requires explicit publication consent and editorial approval. Published stories are labeled as anonymous reader experiences. Support messages and contribution notes also require consent. Emails and private follow-up notes are excluded from public records. Each accepted submission creates a private ticket. Editors can assign follow-up, add encrypted private notes and save an encrypted redacted draft without changing the original. Withdrawal and retention remove the linked ticket, draft and private notes. Editorial decision logs retain staff actions, dates and record references, without the story or contact text.

Retention and withdrawal

Unpublished submissions expire after 90 days and are removed when the service next runs its retention check. Approved records are kept while published unless withdrawn. After submission, keep your reference and withdrawal key. The withdrawal channel removes the retained record and any linked publication from this website. It cannot remove copies held elsewhere. Use the same reference and key in Check my submission to read a status and any explanation written specifically for you. This does not expose staff notes or unpublished drafts. A lost key cannot be recovered through an anonymous account.

Contact and support

Email requests are stored privately for human follow-up; this site sends no automatic email. Bank-wire details and cryptocurrency instructions are communicated privately by email after a request is reviewed. No payments are processed, verified or transferred. A reviewed donor message is not proof of payment.

Drafts and quick exit

Unsaved drafts are held in the current page, without browser storage or automatic saving. Leaving the page clears the form. Quick exit clears the page’s unsaved text and opens Wikipedia; it cannot erase browser history or retract a submitted record.

Confidential case reports

The dedicated evidence reporting channel is not open. Do not submit identifying case files through the reader-story or general-contact forms. Existing confidential support resources are available separately.

Comment reports and legal-support requests

Original comment text, context, source links and contact details stay encrypted and visible only to authorized reviewers. A legal request’s original narrative, help needs and email are private too. Public sharing is a separate, optional choice; only an edited summary is published after review.

Public comment records exclude identifying source links, handles and avatars. Public legal requests contain only consented, de-identified context and do not establish representation or confirmed funding. No file upload is enabled. Keep confidential evidence and privileged communications out of these forms.

Receipt-based status and withdrawal apply to both channels. A withdrawal cannot recover screenshots or copies made elsewhere. No-email mode reduces information collected by the application; it cannot guarantee absolute anonymity.

Operator and privacy questions

The service is maintained by an anonymous independent collective. Use Contact for privacy questions, a correction or a request about your information. Anonymous operation does not imply legal immunity. Avoid confidential case documents in a general inquiry; receipt-based withdrawal is the direct way to remove a retained submission.

Technical data and editorial wall posts

The current application has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Essential hosting authentication/session mechanisms and connection information may still be processed by the platform. Read the technical privacy notice. Hosting storage and access controls support the service; authorized staff can access decrypted submissions to review them.

Editorial wall posts are first-party announcements, resource links and attributed public-source summaries. They are separate from private tickets, consented reader accounts and donation totals. Public posts show only edited fields allowed for that post type; contact details and reviewer notes stay private.

Your next step

Check a decision or withdraw using your reference and private key. For additional questions or concerns, contact the collective. Changes to this notice carry an updated date. We do not promise absolute anonymity, automatic email follow-up or removal of copies held by others.

Privacy notice updated 6 October 2026.

University reviews

Review originals and optional follow-up emails enter the private editorial queue and are encrypted at rest. Public sharing is separate consent. Only an edited review, university, topic, perspective, approximate period and optional personal rating may be published; contact details stay private. Staff review publication suitability, not proof of attendance or an adjudication. Status, retention and withdrawal use the same private receipt as other submissions.

Solutions, tips and safety feelings

Updated 6 October 2026.

Solution proposals and case tips use encrypted private originals, optional safe email follow-up and receipt-key status or withdrawal. Tips always remain private investigative leads and cannot be published directly. File uploads are not configured. A separate, source-checked editorial report needs its own review.

Solution publication requires separate sharing consent and human approval of an edited draft. University felt-safety scores are optional personal opinions from 1 (in danger) to 10 (safe), retained as submitted in drafts and publications. They are not verified risk measures. The optional support prompt after a review does not affect editorial decisions.
