You can seek support without submitting an account to us. A local advocate can explain medical care, evidence preservation, independent advice and available reporting routes. Ask which conversations are confidential and which may trigger reporting duties, especially if you are under 18.

Reporting to police, an employer or an institution is different from sharing with this editorial team. Laws, deadlines and procedures depend on your location. We do not automatically contact authorities or institutions.
