Which outcomes are actually established?
The 2021 WilmerHale report found pervasive misconduct and failures to act on warning information. Michigan announced a $490 million agreement in January 2022 and reported its finalization in September.
Anderson died in 2008. An independent investigation and civil settlement are not a criminal conviction or proof of every individual allegation. This historical dossier does not certify all later litigation or an open compensation window. Current support is separate from the settlement.
