THE RECORD. THE RESPONSE. THE RIGHT TO BE HEARD.

LAUNCH SAFETY

Public attention
needs public rules.

Use the site to document, support, report and correct the record. Do not use it to harass, threaten, identify survivors or treat allegations as verdicts.

Important legal and safety rule.

Every accusation stays alleged unless there is a guilty verdict, court finding or formal institutional finding. A sourced article, civil complaint, reader account or public protest is not a criminal conviction.

SOURCE LEVEL 1

Court filing or official record

Highest source strength for what the document says. Still not automatically proof that every allegation is true.

SOURCE LEVEL 2

News report or attributed statement

Use the publisher, date and named speaker. Include denials, replies and limits when available.

SOURCE LEVEL 3

Private tip or reader account

A lead for review, never automatic publication. It must be checked, redacted and separated from verified records.

What visitors should do

Read sources, support survivors, submit corrections, send tips safely, and avoid speculation. Share links to the record rather than private claims.

What visitors must not do

No threats, doxxing, survivor identification, private-address sharing, workplace targeting, fake evidence or harassment of relatives.

What the archive does

Labels claims, retains dates, separates reader accounts from news, gives right of reply, and keeps sensitive reports in private review.

High-traffic moderation plan

When attention spikes, submissions should be triaged as new, urgent safety concern, needs source, legal risk, contact back, ready to draft, ready to publish, correction/right of reply or do not publish. Nothing sensitive should bypass human review.

Corrections and replies

Anyone with a sourced factual correction, relevant denial, identity concern or updated legal outcome can use the correction channel. Correction requests are not public posts; they create private review records.

Media and citations

Journalists, students and researchers should cite the exact source record and date. The site’s role is independent archive and editorial context, not a court or prosecutor.
